CHECK-IN
Minimum check-in age is 21. Guests are required to present a valid photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Check In Time : 03:30PM to 22:30PM Check Out Time : 10:30AM
Reservation Policy :
Children five and under stay free with an adult. Children six and up are priced as an adult. All guests must be registered at check in. Un-Registered Guest in a room : An additional charge of $200 per night, per person plus tax will automatically be charged to the credit card of the registered guest name on the registration card. For hygiene purposes, the cleaning of any blood, makeup, and /or food/beverage stains identified on linens will be deducted from the deposit made.
PETS :
Pets are permitted. Please ensure that you reserve a pet-friendly room, as pets are not allowed in non–pet-friendly accommodations. Additional $28.49 USD per pet per night.
Un-Registered pet fee is $200 per pet per night
. Pets are not allowed on beds or furniture at any time. Pets may not be left unattended in rooms or vehicles and must be leashed while outdoors at all times. If there is a service dog, there will be a $250 deposit at check in.
This property is 100% SMOKE FREE
. Ask Guest Agent for smoking zone. Smoking in a room or on the property will result in a $200 and up clean up fees.
DEPOSIT
A $150 incidental deposit will be required at check-in and must be paid by Credit card or Debit card.

GuaranteeNo payment is collected at the time of booking. A credit card is required at the time of booking.
CancellationThis reservation is fully refundable. Cancel for free until 48 hours before the arrival date at 12:00 AM local time. After the free cancellation window ends, the following fee schedule applies:
If you cancel within 48 hours of arrival, you will forfeit all previous charges and will not be charged any additional fees.
No-Shows will be processed the same as cancellations.

GuaranteeA percentage of the total reservation cost will be charged at the time of booking (50%). A credit card is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance will be charged 24 hours before your arrival date. Taxes and fees are included.
CancellationThis reservation is fully refundable. Cancel for free until 10 days before the arrival date at 12:00 AM local time. After the free cancellation window ends, the following fee schedule applies:
If you cancel within 10 days of arrival, you will forfeit all previous charges and will not be charged any additional fees.
